NEW SELLER'S $6500 TAX CREDIT:  New tax legislation has just been signed for "long- time" homeowners.  If you've lived in your home for at least FIVE of the last EIGHT years, and are selling and buying a replacement residence, you may receive up to a $6500 tax credit.  The amount of the tax credit is based on your income...up to $145,000 for a single person and up to $245,000 for a married couple.  With the new Sellers Tax Credit and the extended first-time Homebuyers Tax Credit, now is the time to market your property with BEGIN REALTY on your side. 

Reminder to BUYERS:  Up to an $8000 Tax Credit for first-time Homebuyers has just been extended.  Buyers must have a signed contract by April 30, 2010 and be closed by June 30, 2010.  Eligibility is based on income.  Contact us for details on these two incentives.
